an agreement with RastaEmpire, the leading reggae and marijuana lifestyle apparel and accessory
e-commerce retailer and wholesale distributor, to produce and distribute Ross' Gold™ clothing
in Canada and the United States. This agreement expands product licensing for the Company into
the United States.
Utilizing the Ross' Gold™ brand, RastaEmpire will design and producing a range of Ross' Gold™
apparel products including t-shirts, jackets, hats and accessories. Products will be available
to purchase on the RastaEmpire and Ross' Gold™ websites as well as a network of retailers in
the USA and Canada.
