This long V-Neck black dress features the rasta colored stripes along the bottom all the way around. The back is also V-Neck. Along the top portion of the dress is a 3" band all around. The band has ruffles on the top and bottom along with thin stripes of the rasta colors around the center. Hand Wash cold water. Do not dry. 100% rayon.
