USA Shipping

RastaEmpire.com ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Properly completed orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours. Most orders placed before 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST, on weekends, or US Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Weekend orders include Friday after 2:00pm EST.

Australia Shipping

Due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions in Australia we can no longer offer economy shipping. Unfortunately the least expensive shipping method to Australia is $60.00USD. Our apologies. As soon as economy shipping is available to us again we will update the website and shipping pricing.

Delivery times are in business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. The day the order shipped does not count as a transit day in the estimated delivery times.

Standard shipping delivery times

Please note: Most Standard Shipping orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). In some cases, heavy packages will be shipped through the United Parcel Service (UPS). The shipping confirmation email will indicate the postal carrier along with the tracking number.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information once your order has shipped. Registered customers may log in to your account view your order status. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Additional shipping charges may be added to the shipping cost for each oversized item added to your cart. This amount will be indicated in the product details and will also appear at checkout.

Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day or within 1 business day. The actual ship date depends on final approval from the credit card company or receipt of payment. RastaEmpire.com cannot control the status of your shipment after the package leaves our warehouse, such as severe weather or other circumstances.

Please note that inconsistencies in your order may possibly delay your order, such as differing billing and shipping addresses. Please enter a valid phone number and email address where you can be reached to avoid delays. Any order placed without accurate customer information may be canceled.
