INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RastaEmpire.com ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Properly completed orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours. Most orders placed before 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST, on weekends, or US Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Weekend orders include Friday after 2:00pm EST.

Delivery times are in business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays in customs can also increase delivery time. The day the order shipped does not count as a transit day in the estimated delivery times.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information is available for the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, and Wales. If your country is not listed, we are unable to provide tracking once the package leaves the USA.

Registered customers may log in to your account view your order status. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Additional shipping charges may be added to the shipping cost for each oversized item added to your cart. This amount will be indicated in the product details and will also appear at checkout.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and RastaEmpire.com gift cards. We charge your account in US Dollars and your payment provider automatically converts that into a charge in your local currency. Currency exchange is done at the prevailing exchange rate.

Some international credit cards will not work in the US. In this case we recommend using PayPal.

When ordering from RastaEmpire.com, local customs fees are not included in your shipping charge and you can incur duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. By ordering with RastaEmpire.com and requesting shipment to an international location, you agree to pay all duties, taxes, and custom fees. RastaEmpire.com has no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day or within 1 business day. The actual ship date depends on final approval from the credit card company or receipt of payment. RastaEmpire.com cannot control the status of your shipment after the package leaves our warehouse, such as customs processing, severe weather or other circumstances.

Please note that inconsistencies in your order may possibly delay your order, such as differing billing and shipping addresses. Please enter a valid phone number and email address where you can be reached to avoid delays. Any order placed without accurate customer information may be canceled.
