Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Minimums

• Opening Orders: A minimum of $150 USD is required for first-time customers.
• Reorders: A minimum of $100 USD is required for returning customers.

2. Eligibility

To purchase Seven Leaf products at wholesale rates, you must be a registered business located within the USA or Canada. You are required to provide a copy of your current Business License or State Resale Certificate (where applicable) in order to be tax exempt from purchases.

3. Payment Methods: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

• Net Terms: Net terms may be available for retailers with an established relationship and approved credit references.
• Note: Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Order Processing & Lead Time

• Domestic (USA): Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
• International: Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
• Backorders: If an item is out of stock, backorders are available upon request.

5. Shipping: Shipping and handling charges are calculated and added to your order total during checkout. Our preferred carriers are UPS and USPS.

• International Note: International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

6. Returns & Damages: All wholesale merchandise is sold as Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

• Damages: We only accept returns for damaged or defective merchandise.
• Reporting: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Damages must be reported to wholesale@rastaempire.com within 5 days of receipt.

7. Product Disclaimers: Seven Leaf reserves the right to refuse sale to any entity. Due to the nature of our production, we cannot guarantee exact consistency in color, shade, style, and construction of stock items. We reserve the right to change, correct, or improve goods without notice.
